Two 2nd story patios with great nightime views of Palos Verdes and the city. Literaly minutes from the beach and Ports O' Call. All four of my cars could be parked ON the property, not on the curb. Public grade school only one block away as was the neighborhood Church. Cul de Sac location means I never worried about speeding traffic.
