현재 회사의 성장과정에서 Accounting 부서를 서포트 해 주실 분을 찾고 있으며, 급여는 경력과 능력에 따라 변화를 드릴 예정을 가지고 있습니다.
업무사항
• Process vendor invoices, accounting documents, bills, and other documents, obtaining necessary approvals, and entering data into the accounting software.
• Manage the property's purchase order process.
• Participates in all financial reports, including Profit and Loss Statement, Balance Sheet and Statement of Cash Flows, as well as the year-end financial reports.
• Complete the monthly, quarterly, and annual performance report.
• Perform AR and AP tasks.
• Review and renew all necessary business permit and license.
• Address sales inquiries by phone or emails to resolve questions and issues.
• Perform monthly bookkeeping.
• Perform other accounting tasks and related duties.
• Provide assistance and support with administrative tasks as needed.
자격요건
• Applicants with accounting experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with NetSuite is preferred.
• Candidates who can communicate in both Korean and English are welcome.
• We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to collaboration.
