Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a content strategy focused on driving organic website traffic through YouTube videos.
* Research and identify trending topics, themes, and interests relevant to our target audience.
* Script, film, and edit engaging videos that align with our brand's voice and goals.
* Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails to improve SEO and viewer engagement.
* Analyze video performance metrics to understand viewer behavior and adjust content strategies accordingly.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate video content into broader marketing campaigns.
* Stay up-to-date with YouTube best practices and implement new techniques to grow our channel's viewership and engagement.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in video content creation, with a portfolio showcasing your work on YouTube.
* Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, analytics, and content optimization.
* Excellent storytelling, scripting, and editing skills.
* Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
