IMPORT PRODUCTION MANAGER
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, patterns, and fabrics
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel)
• Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
• Excellent with communication and follow-up with China vendors and office team
• Ability to process orders & follow up with buyer orders
• Collaborate with the design, and sales team to ensure on-time delivery per calendar
• Manage production schedule and update WIP report
• Able to produce fit comments, handle issues and chargebacks
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in import production
• Salary: $70,000-$90,000 gross a year depending on experience
PRE-PRODUCTION
• Must be highly organized, detailed oriented, and able to multi-task.
• Excellent with communication and follow-up.
• Basic knowledge of garment construction, pattern, and fabrics.
• Understand the product creation process from development handoff to production.
• Follow up with vendors on samples to ensure timely arrival for fittings and key seasonal meetings.
• Coordinate shipping timelines and work with the shipping team to ensure all products arrive on time.
• Provide sew-by-samples, spec sheets, sewing instructions, care label details, packing instructions, screen and trim details, price ticket and hangtag details, and any other details as necessary.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field.
• Hourly Wage: $18-25 (Wages may vary depending on experience)
TRADE SHOW COORDINATOR
• Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Excellent with communication and customer service
• Attend all trade shows (including weekends)
• Plan, coordinate, and execute a trade show (i.e. logistics, staff, resources)
• Manage yearly trade show budget
• Establish and maintain new accounts, and follow up with buyers
• Fluent in English
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field
• Salary to be discussed upon interview
