Invoicing

- Order billing management

- System data entry and update

- Invoice review and charge verification

- Invoice generation

- Accounts receivable / payable management

- Cost analysis

- Communication with customers and carriers

- Billable reporting

- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

- Ability to multi-task and be organized

- Ability to work in a high-paced work environment

- Show cooperativeness with co-workers

- Excel and Powerpoint plus

- Legally eligible to work in the U.S. (green card or citizenship)

- No OPT / CPT

Shift

- Customer Service & Billing: 8 AM to 5 PM (negotiable)

- Dispatcher: 12 PM to 9 PM (negotiable)
